The Genome Analysis by HeredityLab examines regions in your genome that allow us to decipher where your ancestors originated. Characteristics related to the ancestral informative markers in genotyped regions of your genome give a window into relation to population data contained in our system. You will receive a .pdf file with information pertaining to the ethnic groups, regions of origin, and percentages of each region as a breakdown of the ethnic group classifications. Valuable insight into your genome awaits.
We offer three different reports, all of which are the same price. The type of report is selected when you are uploading your genome file.
Each report includes the following ancestry levels: Modern, Neolithic, Paleolithic, Archaic, along with a chart of results that were not factored into your main ancestry analysis. A supplementary file is also included with a 2D PCA, 3D PCA, Dendrogram, and series of genetic heatmap tables which indicate genetic closeness to ancient populations which post-date the Neolithic era and include Bronze Age, Iron Age, and Medieval groups.
