By usage of the website that links to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)—HeredityLab, General Genetic Ancestry Test, Jewish Diaspora Genetic Ancestry Test, Central Asian Genetic Ancestry Test—as well as other related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

These Terms incorporate by reference additional policies and guidelines, including the Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.

The Services are for users who have reached the age of consent in their location. Under 13s are not permitted. Ages 13+ may use Services (excluding DNA) with parental permission.

1.4 Additional Terms for DNA Services
DNA Services refer to your DNA file processing and result delivery in PDF or similar format.

1.4.1 Eligibility
Users must be of age of consent in their location to order DNA Services.

Do not resell services.
Provide only your own DNA or that of a dependent.
Do not use DNA results for diagnosis or legal purposes.

5. Termination or Suspension

When You Use Our Services DNA data is deleted after 7 days. Only name and email order logs are retained.
